The Federal Privacy Commissioner’s finding regarding the requirement of the Interim Order to label UAVs is attached. In summary the Privacy Commissioner supports the Interim Order as a means to deal with public safety, and notes that TC is intending to revisit the issue in their drafting of CG2.
