Call for Papers
Unmanned Systems Canada is pleased to announce that we are now accepting proposals for Conference Technical Papers to be presented at this year’s UC18, being held in Vancouver, BC this fall, Oct 30 – Nov 1st, 2018.
Abstracts for Technical Presentations are sought regarding all subject areas related to unmanned vehicle systems, research and development, case studies, operational experience and recent innovations, including but not limited to, the following themes:
Civil and Commercial applications | Beyond Visual Line of Sight Operations | R&D and Emerging Technologies |
Arctic Security/Surveillance | Regulations developments & Experience | Cyber-Security |
Maritime Surveillance | Law enforcement and Military applications | Mining, Oil and Gas |
Legal Issues and Ethics | Sensors and Data Integration | Drone Counter Measures |
Training and Simulation | Agriculture | First Responder Applications |
Small Operator Case Studies | Forestry | Power Generation |

Important Dates to Note in your Calendar:
Initial Title/Abstract/Bio submission: June 15th, 2018
Notification of Acceptance: June 22, 2018
Final Abstract/Bio for Booklet Publication: October 12, 2018
Submission Guidelines:
The presentation title, abstract (up to 250 words), and author biography (up to 200 words) are to be submitted on-line.
