On December 13, at the Canadian Aviation Regulation Advisory Council (CARAC)Plenary, Transport Canada staff announced that new SFOC exemption requirements will be published this week (possibly as early as today, December 14), and are expected to go into effect on December 22 2016, the day after the current SFOC exemptions expire.
