Webinar Update: Department of Defence RPAS Procurement

As part of Canada’s defence policy, Strong, Secure, Engaged (SSE), the Department of National Defence has committed to acquiring a Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS). This project will acquire a medium altitude and armed RPAS, along with associated equipment, weapons, infrastructure, and in-service sustainment capability.

On June 22, USC-STC hosted a well attended webinar series in French and English with over 300 attendees, between the two sessions.

These webinars were held to brief Canadian industry and other stakeholders on the Defence Department RPAS Procurement Project, including key information on project requirements, procurement process and project timelines.

The webinar also updated Canadian industry and other stakeholders on the ITB Policy and describe the initial Value Proposition approach, and included   presentations from both L3 MAS and General Atomics.

The combined presentations and recordings from each webinar are available below.
