UnmannedCanada Day 2 – Economic Development

In his key note address on day 2 of UnmannedCanada 2017, The Honorable Brad Duguid, Minister of Economic Development and Growth for Ontario, confirmed support for the development, testing and sales of unmanned vehicle technology as a key factor to help grow the new economy.  He emphasized the  commitment to increase  STEM and AI Masters graduates to North American record levels in 5 years. The Minister pointed out that Ontario was the first jurisdiction in Canada to test autonomous vehicles and proudly announced the opening of the smart city test sector in Stratford  this week.
