The Canadian Forces’ UAS ISTAR Services RFP has now been released in Draft.
The CAF UAS Services will include providing near real-time, beyond-visual-line-of-sight (BVLOS) Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition, and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) information to the CAF tactical units at sea and on land. The CAF UAS Services are required in Naval and Land operational environments.
Deadline for final comments is 17 Feb 2018. This is a major procurement, and therefore also involves Industrial Technology Benefits. This is an opportunity for USC members who believe they have capabilities to offer to potential Prime Bidders to get involved!.
