The Ministers of Mexican and Canadian aviation regulatory departments (DGAC and Transport Canada respectively) have signed a Joint Declaration of Intent on UAS co-operation. This agreement has resulted from initial meetings held at UC2016 in Edmonton, and subsequently in Mexico City in April this year. This signed agreement enables Canadian and Mexican companies to conduct UAS business. More details are expected from Transport Canada officials regarding specific activities identified in this JDI.
