Aerial Evolution Canada’s Annual Conference & Exhibition is scheduled for Nov. 2-4, 2022 at the Westin Calgary Airport Hotel. With this being our first in person conference since 2019, and under the new Association’s brand, there are new incredible opportunities for our sponsors and exhibitors. Platinum, Gold and Silver levels now have the ability to showcase their organization in a panel or presentation in addition to an exhibitor space to showcase your Company. Events will be held both at the Westin Calgary Airport Hotel, as well as, at select venues in and around Calgary to allow additional sponsorship opportunities.

Abstracts for presentations are sought regarding all subject areas related to unmanned vehicle systems, research and development, case studies, operational experience and recent innovations, including, but not limited to, the following themes:

Aerial Evolution Association of Canada Student Competition Awards
Each year Aerial Evolution Association of Canada hosts The Best Student paper, The Best Student Oral Presentation, and The Best Student Poster Competition at the USC-STC Annual Conference & Exhibition. These awards are given to university and college student participants to acknowledge their contribution to the unmanned systems industry and to encourage strong academic excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for students to gain exposure for their original and innovative work and interact with the rest of the Canadian unmanned vehicle systems community while competing for recognition and cash prizes.
A single prize and certificate of recognition will be awarded to the most outstanding research/technical paper ($800), oral presentation ($350), and poster ($350) presented by a student.
